Here is some information about Celebrate Yard Card’s procedures and policies

How do I reserve my Yard Card?

Go to Get a Quote, Select the Event Date, Pick a Yard Card Package, Complete the Quote Form and Hit the Submit button. We will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm the event details and verify the date is available. We will obtain Credit Card Information to “Hold” the Reservation with. You are not reserved until you speak with the Celebrate Yard Card Team and have a credit card on file. We will not run the card until the day prior to the event, we will contact you to discuss the setup details and at that time… we can run the Credit Card on file or pay with Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle.   It’s that simple!

What do I do to prepare for the yard card?

  • Coordinate with your yard crew to make sure they come a day before or a day after the Yard Card is scheduled to be set up.  
  • It’s very helpful if you could water your lawn prior to set up, especially in the winter months when the ground can be hard packed, it really helps the installation process of getting the stakes into the ground.
  • Remove Pets & Their Waste from the Installation Area 

What time is my Yard Card Installed?

We set up by 7AM the day of the event or the night prior between 8PM – 10PM (delivery times may vary depending on our delivery route that day). If you have a specific time frame in mind, please reach out to us and we will try to accomodate the best we can. 

How Long is my Yard Card in my Lawn?

The Yard Cards are installed for 24 hours. If you want to enjoy the Yard Cards for more than one day, just notate on the request form or reach out and if we have the availability we can extend it for an additional fee so you may enjoy for another day! 

What is the Delivery Area?

The service area is defined as within 10 miles of the border of ZIP code 32712.  Anything beyond the service area is subject to availability and an additional travel fee will apply. Please contact us to discuss. 

Can I Touch or Move the Yard Card?

No, please do not touch or move the Yard Cards. Should you need something changed or picked up early, please contact us at so one of our team members can do this for you. (You will be invoiced/charged for any missing, damaged or vandalized Yard Cards, please refer to our Rental Terms/Conditions for more details). 

What if Sunny Florida has Bad Weather?

In the event of Inclement weather, we may not be able to set up the lawn displays. Inclement weather includes: Lightning/Thunderstorms, Hurricanes, Tornados, Heavy Rains, High Winds or any other Act of God that would put our Team at risk of getting injured. Our Yard Cards can get wet so we will set up if the rain is light and no lighting in sight. Our Team will make that call as soon as soon as possible and keep you in the loop so we may make other arrangements with you if need be. Please refer to our Rental Terms/Conditions & Refund Policy for further details. 

Will my yard display be posted on social media or this website?

We post daily pictures of our Yard Cards displays. Everyone loves seeing these fun celebrations and makes people within our community smile. We will blur out your address in the picture and we will NEVER put your subdivision within our posts for safety reasons.  

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take pictures of your celebration, However please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground, just stand around or behind the signs. Please share your pictures on social media and be sure to tag us @CelebrateYardCard so we may Celebrate with you! Should you not want to be shown in any of our promotional material or social media, please let the Celebrate Yard Card Team know at the time of Booking. 

Will the Yard Card Flair Vary from Items I Requested on the Quote?

Our Yard Cards are on a first come, first serve basis. We’ve got over 300 pieces so if something you’ve chosen has already been reserved by someone else that has already held the rental with a credit card, then we will do our best to accommodate with something similar and will look absolutely beautiful. 

Can We Tip the Celebrate Yard Card Team?

Tips are not required but certainly appreciated! Please just let us know the amount you would like for us to add when we run the Card on File or you may pay a Tip by using Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle.

How do I care for my yard card?

We do ask that you take pride in your yard card display, and treat it with respect. Please do not move the items. If you need them moved, please contact us so we may come up with a solution.

We ask that you please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

Am I responsible for my yard card?

Please do not throw yard card display items in the garbage or vandalize OUR signs. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items are OUR property and business. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged yard card display items.

Who is liable for injury from the sign?

Celebrate Yard Card, LLC. and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, rental or removal of any rental.
